Substrate

Sandblasted steel or concrete prepared to remove contaminants and assure a strong, permanent bond.

Primer coat

Required for concrete and for steel tank where rusting may occur between sandblasting and application

Fiberglass mat

Layer or random mat thoroughtly saturated with resin after it applied.

Surface mat

“C” grade one -ply surfacing mat or nexus veil.

Finish coat

Resin-rich coat finish the installation, creating a single continuous surface.
